To raise the seat, get up from the chair, raise the right lever upwards, the seat will begin to raise, then release the lever to lock the seat at the desired height.
 

In order to lower the seat, the right lever should be raised in the sitting position, the seat will begin to lower, then release the lever to lock the seat at the desired height.

Activate the mechanism by lifting the rear right lever upwards. When the mechanism is released, apply pressure to the back with your back to achieve the desired angle of tilt. Then lower the lever down to lock the mechanism and set the chair in a certain position.

Activate the mechanism by lifting the left lever upwards. With the mechanism released, the back pressure should be applied to the backrest to achieve the desired angle of backrest and seat. Then lower the lever down to lock the mechanism and set the chair in a certain position. If the mechanism is not blocked on the chair, you can rock freely.

The backrest height is adjusted by unscrewing the knob (right or left depending on the model) backwards, then pull or lower the backrest to the required height and tighten the knob again.
