To raise the seat, get up from the chair, raise the right lever upwards, the seat will slowly rise, then release the lever to lock the seat at the desired height.
 

In order to lower the seat, the right lever should be raised in the sitting position, the seat will slowly lower, then release the lever to lock the seat at the desired height.

Unscrewing the knob to the left decreases the backrest resistance force, thus adapting the chair to people with lower body weight.
 

By turning the knob to the right, the backrest resistance increases, adapting the chair to people with higher body weight.

Activate the mechanism by lifting the rear right lever upwards. With the mechanism released, the back pressure should be applied to the backrest to achieve the desired angle of backrest and seat. Then lower the lever down to lock the mechanism and set the chair in a certain position.

System up & down - the backrest height is adjusted by pulling the backrest up to the required height. The backrest should stop at the appropriate latch, to lower it the backrest should be pulled all the way up and then lowered down.
 

Adjustment by means of a button – the backrest height is adjusted by pressing the right button on the backrest with simultaneous pulling or lowering the backrest to the required height.
